Discovery: We begin by getting to the root of your brand’s deeper purpose before any design or strategy work begins. You will be given a questionnaire to fill out so that we aren’t making things up as we go. This will allow us to really do a deep dive and create something that is perfect for you and your company vision.

Planning & Creation: We’ll put together a brief that starts to execute the core elements, inspiration, and initial drafts based on our findings. We then meet to discuss and obtain feedback so that we can refine the look and start to build out your brand visuals and strategy.

Launch. Once finalized, you’ll be provided with the files and tools you need to move forward with confidence including a strategy and direction. I’ll also provide a launch guide, and we will meet one final time to go over next steps, such as a retainer package option to help you manage your brand and website. Branding
From a visual creative blueprint to full brand identity development to brand management, we develop a customized look and strategy to align with your vision, mission, and goals. Our process involves research, PR, social sciences, and, of course, creativity to create your company identity.
Deliverables typically include:
- Logo suite with alternative logos & sub marks
- Typeface pairing
- Color palette
- Brand assets such as patterns, illustrations or icons
- Brand manual implementing a guide to your visuals & strategy
- Three standard marketing materials
Estimated time: 10-12 weeks
Brand management options are recommended following the development phase so that you can ensure your brand is cohesive moving forward.
Having me as your dedicated brand manager will keep everything moving forward and maintain that consistency that is needed in order to elevate your brand.

Web Design
Your online home needs to accurately convey what it is you do and how you help people. I design websites that improve online visibility, are geared around your brand strategy, and drive more leads to your business. Not to mention, you’ll actually have full access to your website. From a custom design to template-based, we have website packages to fit your needs and goals.
Deliverables include:
- Responsive website that is designed to grow with you on user-friendly platform
- Branded to your company
- Lifetime access to theme unless you switch websites
- Copywriting assistance with lead-qualifying language
- On-page SEO & initial keyword research

Estimated time: 10-15 weeks
Website maintenance packages are suggested following the website launch to help you manage your new site. Essential and growth options are available.
In addition to the design of your site, I’ll also assist with host transferring (if applicable) and connection to your domain as well as to Google Analytics and Google Search Console for monitoring issues and traffic. I offer both starter and premium sites, depending on your needs.

My entire life has changed, truthfully.
No one could understand my vision – it didn’t seem as if they wanted to take the time to really listen to how important this logo was to me, and truly capture what I was looking for. I has almost given up all hope. It was beyond exhausting talking the same story over and over to one after another people all for them to claim to do custom work but in return – send me a stock image that they changed colors on… Jenn asked several questions, even questions I had not thought about. She asked me to send styles of different logos and point out what I liked, not just what I thought I was looking for. I also pointed out things I didn’t like, what was captivating about those other things and overall the aesthetics I wanted.

Have a Question?
Do you just do logo design?
No, I no longer offer just a logo design. This is because clients are much more successful when they have a full brand identity instead of just a logo.
Do I have to pay extra for design revisions?
All graphic design services come with three round of revisions at no additional charge.* Due to our process and structure, it is rare that clients need to go beyond a third revision to get the design that they love.
*With the exception of our monthly subscription service, The Brand Mastery Monthly, where we offer only one round of revisions.
Am I contracted to a certain amount of time?
All monthly retainers require a six-month minimum commitment. This is to ensure optimal results without forcing you into a 12-month contract, but many clients choose a 12-month option.
Do you offer website hosting?
Yes, we offer website hosting and maintenance, but only for those who have their website created through us.
Do you offer other services (i.e. marketing)?
We work with a talented team of people to provide other services, such as marketing and, depending on your location, videography in our Creative Direction package. We can also put together a custom package that incorporates branding and advertising just for you, subject to your goals. Talk to us about that today.
